DCOM Global operates a 14 day return policy from the actual dispatch date plus 2 days (allowing for delivery). In all cases, the items being returned must be in their original condition, including packaging without any sign of damage. All goods will be inspected upon return therefore it is your responsibility for the product until it reaches us. We do not offer a free return service and refunds will be for the actual sale price unless the item was sent in error. Please understand we do not accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient". Please keep a receipt or tracking number just in case the package is delayed or lost.
